I know I say this all the time, but I absolutely love that I get so many clients returning year after year.  It's amazing getting to see kids grow.    The first time this family did one of my Fall Mini's, their youngest was 6 months old!  Both boys are always so good during their shoot, and this year was no different!

This was the third year I got to photograph this family for their fall portraits.  But this year they had a new baby!  He was so so so adorable and had such a good smile for being 4 months old.  His older brother also seemed to love having a new little brother.  Thanks {F} family for coming out to fall mini's again this year!

When I received an email from a client that was scheduled for one of my Fall Mini slots for the next day, saying her son had fallen at the park and split his lip open and they couldn't come to their mini, I sent out a message in my VIP Facebook group.  Within 25 minutes I had the slot filled.  Who came to my rescue (and I to theirs as they were hoping to get a mini in for Christmas cards)?  This beautiful family.  With 3 young kids, sometimes us parents have to just relax and know that the pictures we get may not be perfect, but they will still show what life looks like in this very moment, which is still important to remember.  But boy, this family rocked their 20 minute session!  Besides the heavy wind, I'd say this was a successful mini!
